I saw this first in Alterick's blog, then followed it all the way to this github. I've been feeling a bit crappy and disconnected from the world, so might as well engage in something external.
1. What did you do this year that you’d never done before?
Used listography (and bearblog!) throughout the whole year.
2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions?
I don't make new year's resolutions.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Yes!, as matter of fact. A childhood friend now has beautiful baby boy.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Not this year, no.
5. What cities/states/countries did you visit?
Ooof... This year I did Paraná, Santa Catarina, Amazonas, Alagoas, Rio Grande do Norte, and Paraíba. I think I'm not forgetting anything.
6. What would you like to have next year that you lacked this year?
Money lol
7. What date(s) from this year will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
The day I traveled the Amazon River.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Consistency with my tools, honestly.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Personal finances :(
10. What other hardships did you face?
Health issues, legal bs related to my mom's estate inventory.
11. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Yes. Every year I suffer illness. I'm made of rice paper apparently. Chronic migraine, insomnia, depression, insulin resistance syndrome. Fucking ADHD.
12. What was the best thing you bought?
My mini PC for sure. My god, how I missed something that just works.
13. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Idk? My younger sister maybe? She's grown up a lot.
14. Whose behavior made you appalled?
It's always the same people...
15. Where did most of your money go?
Purchasing stuff for the apt & for myself.
16. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
The Daevabad Trilogy, playing video games on my Switch & PC, blogging... lots of stuff. It was an exciting year.
17. What song will always remind you of this year?
That I do not know yet.
18. Compared to this time last year, are you: happier or sadder? Richer or poorer? Healthier or unhealthier?
Probably sadder, poorer and unhealthier lol But working on it. I've just had a health scare, still recovering.
19. What do you wish you’d done more of?
Worked, exercised, played offline games, read more books, kept a habit tracker, used my paper planner.
20. What do you wish you’d done less of?
Watched YouTube, stayed in bed.
21. How are you spending the holidays?
Spent it mostly alone & sick.
22. Did you fall in love this year?
Only to fictional characters. And my ongoing love affair with my partner. Didn't meet anyone new this year.
23. Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year?
No.
24. What was your favorite show?
Severance s2. Fionna & Cake s2. Silo s2. Game Changer s7.
25. What was the best book you read?
The Fifth Season by N. K. Jemisin. And The City of Brass by S. A. Chakraborty.
26. What was your greatest musical discovery of the year?
I'm not very musical but I did enjoy discovering OSC on Bandcamp.

Sinners and O agente secreto.
28. What was your favorite meal?
Galeto de rua.
29. What did you want and get?
I spoiled myself this year. I got a vpet (punirunes) and a mini PC. Also a couch!!!
30. What did you want and not get?
A Boox Palma, a Tamagotchi Uni... and more.
31. What did you do on your birthday?
My auntie set up a nice dinner on a pizza place and invited the family I normally don't see.
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Mental health lol
33. How would you describe your personal fashion this year?
Laid back and comfortable.
34. What kept you sane?
Fiction.
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you admire the most?
Trevor Noah, Brennan Lee Mulligan, Ariel Bissett on YT.
36. What political issue stirred you the most?
My friend... what political issue DIDN'T stir me. But probably Bolsonaro's trial and eventual verdict.
37. Who did you miss?
My parents. Always.
38. Who was the best new person you met?
Not sure if I met anybody new this year that stood out... I did however find a bunch of awesome personal websites, but idk if that qualifies.
39. What valuable life lesson did you learn this year?
Stop. Being. Impulsive. With. Money.
