Foreword

I know. A book theme for a blog isn't the smartest of ideas, maybe. A weblog is ever-changing, having sections, posts, links, and comments being constantly added or subtracted. Sometimes they die out altogether, or simply disappear. Regardless of that, well, I love books and love playing with the idea of them. It's no accident I've ended up in publishing.

The Folkmoss Logs is a living page. So while I am alive, this space will also be. My intention is to nurture and change not only myself but also this log. Previously the folkmoss review because I used it to review and revisit thoughts and feelings, now The Folkmoss Logs, for me to log the present and the future, but also to sit down and think, rooted in my inner world.

So be welcome. Consider this a sort of magical book that will always change and evolve. Every time you open it, there's a new chapter to be read. Maybe there are even edits on previous chapters, too! Who knows, it's all a big mystery.

Epigraph

We must not look at goblin men,

We must not buy their fruits:

Who knows upon what soil they fed

Their hungry thirsty roots?

Dedication

To my future self and everyone I will be leaving behind, with love.
