Out and about on the internet
So hopefully this will be a quick post. I've been a bit more active online — as in, not just quietly reading blog posts, but yapping on message boards and stuff. Because of that I also discovered a bunch of new corners that I wanted to share here and give a general update on the state of my websites/web presence.
This will be a bit of a listlog, I'm afraid. Here we go:
Registered on quxnet last week and have been loving the vibes there so far. Loved the design of the space and all its features (profile palettes, the daily messages on The Wall, the familiar message board format for conversation, picons and so much more). It's basically a mini social media without the algos, ads, videos overload.
Been reading more often what gets posted on Órbita. This is for my Brazilian brethren, it's a good space. I asked for Brazilian music recs and now I got a ton of stuff to catch up on!
Created a tiny pixel house at CozyWeb! It's still pretty barebones, but you should drop by anyways. Maybe become a neighbor? Let me know!
Included a bunch of links on my Goodbye page over at folkmoss.space and cleaned up my other links. It's more organized now and with the stuff I actually use.
There's some pretty fun stuff on my curated YouTube bookmarks page. It's been a while since I switched the YT bookmark on the browser to link directly to my subscriptions page instead of the main YT algo page, and that's helped a lot to actually find stuff I wanna watch. Highly recommend doing this btw.
And while you're at it, there's other cool stuff I've been collecting, so take a look around. :)
Been playing a lot of Cast'n'Chill and started playing Firewatch (both on Steam). Am obsessed with both, though I thought Firewatch was supposed to be CHILL and not give me a fucking scare. Anyways.
I'm dropping by the Nightscape Lounge almost every day, so if you show up there, we might bump into each other. :)
I think that's it from my end. Just don't ask about IRL stuff lol, let's pretend that's also fine too. (✿◡‿◡)
